WitchTober 16: Witch of Levitation

The Witch of Levitation, mostly known as Bolt. She is notorious for her speed and her amazing control of her broomstick. She can get mostly scouts outside the Sanctuary to see if anything is wrong. She is also in charge of enchanting broomsticks for the other Witches.
